Antigua

We had a quick drive out to Half Moon bay on the East Coast of the island today, there’s a bit of a shore-break`1 - nothing special, but i think I’ll try and work the angles on it tomorrow if we can get a bus there.

Charlie and I are trying to find accomodation on Antigua to suit our budget, but it’s not really happening, the alternative is to stay on the boat for the last 4 nights with Dad, Paula, Robin and John.

This will be pretty crowded, but cheap, the cheapest room we can find so far is about $80 US a night, about £25 each for us. it’s close to the English Harbour Marina where we are at the moment, but the airport is the other end of the island…

Should be able to bus it around fairly easily though.

Took some nice scenic photo’s today, so I’ll try and upload them soon.

We’ll be in Santiago in a few days and I’m looking forward to the change of scene and some quality surf in Northern Chile.

Thanks for the message Steve, I’ll bell you some time when we have the chance.

Got to go enjoy the sun and white sand now.
